Our refund policy is valid for 14 days .
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We operate in accordance with the Fair Trading Act of NSW.
We only refund or exchange items if they are defective or have been damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received back at The Botanic Soul and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved, a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. Although refunds are processed immediately at The Botanic Soul, due to various banking institutions, your refund can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If after 7 business days your refund does not reflect on your bank account, please ensure you contact your banking institution as your banking institution may take longer to reflect refund transactions on your bank account; unfortunately each banking institution has their own processing period. Sale items (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds on sale items due to change of mind.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or they have been damaged in transit and not for a change of mind. If you require an exchange, please ensure you email us at thebotanicsoul@gmail.com within our 14 day return period so we can coordinate a replacement for you immediately.
